A.I. also broadens the gene pool for breeding programs, leading to healthier dogs with a reduced risk of sexually transmitted diseases and genetic defects. It alleviates stress for both the dog and bitch during mating.

The semen can be used fresh on the same day or chilled/frozen, packaged in approved containers, and shipped anywhere in the world for insemination.
